This performance was not part of a tour.
A few songs into the performance it became apparant Dave’s voice was in a bad way, audibly struggling to sing songs and sounding very hoarse even when talking. He explained to the crowd he was sick, which he jovially put down to kissing his children whilst they were also ill, receiving their germs. Chris and Taylor’s microphones were turned up in the mix from ‘The Pretender’ onwards for the songs they sing backup on whilst instrumental jams in songs were extended to ease the strain on Dave. Taylor also joined in on lead vocals on some songs despite not knowing all of the lyrics. An extra cover song with Taylor on lead vocals, ‘Stay With Me’, was also added to the set. Despite the problems they only cut their advertised performance slot by about 20 minutes, playing for 2 hours and 10 minutes.
‘Walk’, ‘Dirty Water’,’Breakout’ and ‘Generator’ were songs cut from the original printed setlist.
