By the summer of 2009 Foo Fighters have finally been on the extended break from the band they'd always told themselves they would take. But there was one thing they couldn't take a break from their record label. After putting it off several times the band are finally convinced to release a 'Greatest Hits' compilation but they want to give something to existing fans and head to Studio 606 to record something new to add onto the release.
