By the end of 1999 Foo Fighters had a new guitarist in Chris Shiflett and so before seeing in the new millennium with the rest of the world the band headed back to Dave Grohl's home studio in Virginia to lay down some tracks with the latest axeman including some new songs and a handful of covers.
