Bio
Gus has been Tour Manager for Foo Fighters since 1996 making him one of the longest standing members of the crew. Generally regarded as a quiet and reserved man he did have one moment of exuberance at a live show in 1998. Lupo's Heartbreak Hotel in Providence, Rhode Island was the venue which saw Foo Fighters performing a cover of the Angry Samoans ‘Gas Chamber’, a song they’d thrown into their set since 1995. On this occasion however, Gus took to the stage, front and centre, and belted out the lead vocals on the blink and you’ll miss it punk rocker. At the end of the song Gus is then reported to have stage-dived into the crowd.
These days you’ll likely spot Gus on the side of stage telling the guys to wrap up the 4th classic rock cover as they barrel towards the venue curfew.
When he’s not running the show from the side of Foo Fighters stage, he has done the same with several other top acts such as blink-182.
