Brian Johnson is an English singer-songwriter and the third lead singer of Australian rock band AC/DC. Brian first entered the Foo Fighters’ orbit when he invited Dave to be a guest on the UK’s Sky Arts program Brian Johnson Meets Dave Grohl: A Life On The Road. He went on to join the group during their set at Global Citizen Vax Live in Los Angeles in 2021, taking lead on AC/DC’s ‘Back in Black’. Brian was a featured interview subject in the Grohl-directed documentary film What Drives Us.
