Don Zientara is a music producer from Washington DC who since the 1980s has operated Inner Ear Studio in the city at various different locations.
In 1989 Don was at the helm whilst Scream, with drummer Dave Grohl, recorded tracks which would later become their album 'Fumble.
In 1994 Dave dropped by the studio to lay down a series of demos with his sister Lisa.
In 2014 Foo Fighters selected Inner Ear as the D.C. based studio for an episode of their Sonic Highways TV series, also recording the track 'The Feast And The Famine' for the album of the same name. Don was also interviewed by Dave for inclusion in the episode.
