First US arena show of Take Cover 2026 announced as Foo Fighters set for October show in Uncasville, CT
In a rather out of the blue announcement the band add another show to the US leg of the Take Cover tour
Foo Fighters have today (July 7) announced a single addition to their 2026 Take Cover tour, revealing that they will be playing at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut on October 4, 2026.
This is the first indoor arena show announced for the tour, all previously announced US dates being large outdoor stadiums. It is also the first show announced for October 2026, the US leg of the tour previously only running to September 26 in Las Vegas.
The show is part of a series of concerts at the venue which is celebrating 30 years operating in October. Also playing at the venue that same week will be Alanis Morissette, John Mayer, Lainey Wilson, Busta Rhymes and Ja Rule among others.
It remains to be seen if more smaller shows will be revealed for the same timeframe or if this is truly a one off for the venue, but with so many huge US markets still not covered on this tour chances seem high.
No fan presale has been announced for the show, but a "Mohegan Sun Social Presale" is listed on Ticketmaster set to take place on July 9. It's not immediately clear how to become eligible for this presale, but staying tuned to their social media channels seems like a good bet - Facebook and Instagram
If you're not able to get into the presale general on-sale begins at 10am EDT on July 10th. Head over to Ticketmaster to get in the queue.
